to William Joyce, the radio voice behind 'Lord Haw Haw.' This Irish
patriot fearlessly extolled the virtues of National Socialism, which
he saw as the key to Europe's future. The American magazine Life
once observed that 50% of the British listened to his wartime broadcasts
from Germany. Details his days with the British Fascists, the BUF and
the National Socialist League. As compensation for his genuine love
of country, he was eventually murdered at the hands of the British state.
